स्वाध्याय · the study of the self

The continuous, honest work of understanding who you are and where you wish to reach. It is what therapy gently asks of you — and what this clinic is built around. Not quick fixes. Not a prescribed number of sessions. A personal journey, walked at your pace, with someone beside you who genuinely cares where you arrive.

Shubhra Sharma

She came to this work through experience

Shubhra Sharma did not arrive at clinical psychology through textbooks alone. Her own early struggles with mental health — met with silence, dismissal, and well-meaning misunderstanding — planted something that would not leave. That history is why she notices what others miss.

What keeps her here is the connection — the real, human kind — with people carrying things they have been told are not worth carrying. For over [X] years she has walked alongside teenagers, adults, couples, and parents who needed someone to simply believe them.

"Sometimes the only hope they can hold onto with dear life. And sometimes just a presence — compassionately nudging the client onto a path of their choice."

In their words

Real people. Real journeys.

After struggling for many years — trying doctors and others — I met Shubhra and my life changed. I am again falling in love with myself and my life.

Nidhi — Client

Without her help I might not have been able to survive these months. She listens, she calms, she shows you a way through — and she is there even outside sessions when it matters most.

Tanya — Client

She helped my daughter come out of clinical depression and equipped her with life skills that have helped her ever since. Thank you for turning things around.
